Responsibilities Monitor staff productivity and set expectations for subordinates. Monitor facilities profit margins and prioritize action plans for focus buildings. Act as a liaison for facility administration and nursing management. Assist facilities in clinical, financial, compliance and training activities. Promote new program development and implementation. Ensure scope of practice for all disciplines is met. Perform on‑site visits to facilities on a regular basis. Audit patient charts, billing, and documentation. Ensure compliance of all staff with State Practice Acts. Requirements Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., M.S. or Doctorate in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy. Holds a current license and/or registration in the state as applicable. Has at least 5 years of clinical experience. Management and/or supervisory experience preferred. Must be a licensed and/or registered therapist to be considered.
