Plastipak Packaging, Inc., a global leader in rigid plastic packaging and recycling, seeks a Bulk Loading Operator to support high-volume manufacturing operations. In this role, you will safely operate bulk loading equipment to transfer resin and raw materials into silos and production lines, monitor equipment performance, and perform basic adjustments. You’ll follow strict safety, quality, and housekeeping standards while accurately tracking materials and inventory. Working in a collaborative, safety-focused culture, you’ll support continuous improvement and gain exposure to advanced plastics manufacturing technologies.
