VP of Distribution & National Accounts

Astral Energy Drink is seeking an entrepreneurial commercial leader to secure regional and national distributors and open major retail chain accounts.

Working directly with the founder, you’ll own the process—from prospecting and introductions to negotiations, purchase orders, and successful launches.

What You’ll Do

• Close distribution partnerships and retail chain agreements.
• Build relationships with distributors, buyers, and category managers.
• Lead presentations, negotiations, and account onboarding.
• Coordinate launch plans, pricing, and forecasts with leadership.
• Drive reorders, account growth, and distributor performance.

What You Bring

• Proven success closing U.S. distributor and retail chain deals.
• Beverage or consumer packaged goods experience and relevant industry relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and an understanding of distributor and retail economics.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel.
