If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a PMO Program Manager to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).Responsibilities:Serve as the single point of leadership for the program and own end-to-end accountability for project delivery by driving engagements to successful completion and customer satisfactionServe as NTT DATA’s primary interface with the client and sub-contractor teammatesEnsure All project management issues are communicated to and coordinated with the COR.Ensure implementation of development, quality management, and project management best practices throughout the duration of the project and perform regular, proactive risk managementManage multiple teams as well as take ownership for delivering all required project deliverables and documentationDevelop positive customer relationshipsProvide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staffProvide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issuesSupervise studies and leading surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutionsParticipate in recruiting, training, and professional development of program staffRequired Qualifications:10+ years of Project Management experience including responsibilities in the areas above3+ years of Cyber/IT project management experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 additional years of experience with an Associates or 8 additional years of experience will substitute a degree).US CitizenAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (DHS EOD), a Secret Clearance, and a Top Secret SCIDesired Qualifications:PMP CertificationAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
