• International child custody disputes
• Cross-border family law litigation

• Financially sophisticated family law cases

You'll be trusted with significant ownership of your cases, direct client interaction, and meaningful courtroom experience from the outset.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and lead a sophisticated family law caseload
• Develop and execute strategic litigation plans
• Represent clients in motions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Conduct discovery, including depositions
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence
• Counsel clients through highly sensitive and emotionally charged situations
• Collaborate with a team that values excellence, trust, and mutual support
• Contribute to the continued growth and visibility of a premier family law practice

Who We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of Washington family law experience
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
• Experience managing cases with increasing independence
• Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
• Professional maturity and sound judgment
• The ability to work effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Flexibility to occasionally accommodate international time zones
• A genuine desire to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives
