This person will work closely with the Superintendent, Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal leadership to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly.What You'll DoManage the day-to-day execution of one or multiple construction projects.Develop, maintain, and manage overall project schedules.Monitor project costs, budgets, progress, and overall performance.Partner closely with Superintendents and field leadership to resolve construction issues and keep work moving.Lead owner/architect/contractor (OAC), preconstruction, and subcontractor meetings.Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.Lead contract awards, subcontractor scope reviews, and procurement efforts.Oversee project startup, permitting, and closeout activities.Manage the change management process and communicate impacts to project stakeholders.Participate in estimating, proposals, and interviews for prospective projects.Assist with payment applications, cost tracking, and project financial reporting.Utilize CMiC to manage project documentation, financials, and project administration.Establish effective communication processes with subcontractors and project team members.Mentor and support Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Project Executives on larger or more complex projects.What We're Looking For5+ years of construction project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, subcontractor management, and project documentation.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage
