Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization, a physician-led multispecialty group with over 650 providers, is actively seeking full-time Family Medicine physicians to join our 12th Ave. Clinic. We are looking for dedicated professionals who embrace a team-oriented approach to healthcare and are passionate about delivering high-quality primary care with compassion, addressing the needs of the body, mind, and spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more nurse practitioners.
• Conduct house calls for patients.
• Collaborate with a pharmacist and social worker based in the clinic.
• Engage in contractual incentives that promote quality care and positive patient outcomes.
• Educate healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate community-based educational sessions for patients and their families.
• Participate in daily interactions with a diverse group of healthcare professionals who share similar values.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
• Board certification required, or must achieve certification within three years of employment.
• Must obtain a medical license to practice in Idaho.
• Valid registration for controlled substances with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.

Working Conditions

The position involves a traditional clinic schedule, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 34 hours dedicated to patient contact each week.
