Job Title: Customer Quality Excellence Specialist Location: Germantown, WI As a Customer Quality Excellence Specialist , you will be managing quality client´s requests worldwide through an internal informatic tool (Cristal). You'll be supported by our incredible Quality Assurance team as well as work proactively with partners like Regulatory, Quality Control, Customer Care, Purchasing, and Operations. The operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle quality Cristal requests for the different manufacturing sites globally (FCI and US) within the committed due date.
- Provide Cristal support to the Quality Assurance team in handling response to client’s requests and harmonize sites’ responses and templates regarding FAQs/statements.
- Maintain accuracy of quality data in the internal base.
- Compile QA inputs on customer documentations worldwide, including, when necessary, collection of information from Operational sites before signoff and return to the business partners/clients.
- Ensure Good coordination and follow-up with internal stakeholders (QCs, Regulatory, Customer Care, Purchasing, Operations...) on site for ensuring status tracking & maintenance of local QA & HSSE system.
- Work independently and/or as part of a team on projects for processes improvements.
- Assist local teams in providing necessary training on assisted computerized systems (Cristal...) and best documentation practices

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality.
- Minimum knowledge of certifications (ISO 9001/Food Safety).
- Good communication skills and able to interact with business partners and clients.
- Proactive, methodic, well-organized, collaborative, strong team player.
- Flexibility to support business needs.
- Highly motivated to learn, with at good attitude, able to understand procedures and follow internal guidelines, detecting new ways to improve.
- Fluent in English.
