Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation therapist to deliver patient-centered care that helps individuals recover from major illnesses and injuries. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize functional outcomes and safe discharges. You’ll document progress, educate patients and families, and support continuous quality improvement.
