Job Title Physical Therapist – Outpatient Location Anchorage, AK Schedule / Job Type Contract (13-Week Assignment) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8 Hours, 8:00–17:00) | Some Saturday availability required Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients across a range of diagnoses Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic electronic health record system Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain compliance with facility policies, scheduling requirements, and holiday coverage commitments May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities as needed to meet operational demands Required Qualifications Active Alaska Physical Therapist license (compact license must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses considered) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility (locals accepted at a lower rate) Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) All requested time off must be submitted upfront at time of candidacy submittal Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in an acute hospital or outpatient setting within a large, high-acuity facility Familiarity with Epic charting system Experience working in a Magnet-designated or Level II Trauma facility Why Join Us Work at a nationally recognized, Magnet-designated facility rated among the best hospitals in Alaska Scrubs provided and free on-site parking available for the duration of your assignment Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 774243.
