CRNA Indiana Order ID: 191088 Location: Indiana Start: ASAP End: Ongoing Schedule: Monday through Friday; cases start at 7:30 AM; typical day coverage through 3:30 PM (or until cases are finished) Call: Primary call in house with post call day off; secondary call 30 minute response time (as noted) Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available EMR: MedAxion Position Overview CRNA coverage in a high volume environment CRNAs and MDs work independently doing their own cases (as noted) Blocks, spinals, and epidurals proficiency required Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks) Clinical Scope General Endoscopy (primarily in the surgery center) Orthopedics Urology High risk OB including VBACs GYN Oncology Liver Vascular (some) ENT Anesthesia supported radiology Required Qualifications Active Indiana license NBCRNA certification BLS, ACLS, and PALS as required by the site Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
