Solutions Engineering Manager

To support a growing team, the full-time Solutions Engineering Manager will hire, coach, and manage Solutions Engineers while overseeing technical evaluations and onboarding processes for SMB and Mid-Market clients in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Hire, coach, and manage a team of Solutions Engineers, setting standards for technical evaluations and onboarding Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy and pipeline ownership, ensuring effective product evaluations Own and enhance the onboarding framework, scaling it as the team grows and maturing it for market expansion Required qualifications 4-5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment 2+ years of experience managing a team of Solutions or Sales Engineers Proven track record in building processes and enablement for growing teams Strong technical and data fluency, including experience with data model design and APIs Experience with CRM or broader go-to-market tools is a strong plus Virtual Vocations Inc
