Job Overview Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Employment Type Full‑time Compensation Hourly Wage: $20 – $33 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed may apply. Multiple premiums may have the same criteria.
