Overview Position: Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist Location: NovaCare – Rosedale, Baltimore, MD Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 Incentives: Indefinite loan assistance and sign-on bonus available At NovaCare Rosedale , we’re proud to deliver exceptional patient care that helps individuals return to the activities they love, whether that’s sports, work, or everyday life. We treat a diverse outpatient population, including: Orthopedic and sports injuries Neurological conditions Vestibular disorders Oncology rehabilitation (ReVital program) Amputee care We welcome new graduate physical therapists and offer on-site mentorship from experienced clinicians. Our team averages 10‑12 patients per day , with 60‑minute evaluations and 45‑minute treatment sessions , allowing for meaningful, personalized care. Schedule: Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior).
