As the Assistant Regional Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coffeehouses across the region. Your leadership will help create an environment where both our team and customers thrive. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Regional Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple locations.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating store managers and team members to achieve their best.
• Monitoring and improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
• Assisting with hiring, training, and scheduling staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining the quality standards Roma Coffee is known for.
• Analyzing business performance data and contributing to strategic decision-making.

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving goals.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with staff and customers.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for coffee, customer service, and creating memorable experiences.
