Global In-House Counsel & Governance Director
LATICRETE International
LATICRETE International is seeking a Director, Legal to serve as the sole in-house legal advisor. The role requires overseeing legal affairs, managing external counsel, and providing strategic guidance on corporate matters.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of corporate legal experience with knowledge in regulatory compliance and contract negotiation, alongside strong leadership skills. This is a remote position with global travel requirements.
