The Account Executive is responsible for driving staffing sales growth and expanding market presence by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships. This role involves identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction to meet revenue and profitability goals. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position offers a strong commission structure, providing excellent earning potential for high performers. Qualifications Required: Experience in outside sales Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated with strong goal-orientation and resilience. Excellent, clear and concise communication skills Base Range 60K-90K + bonuses/guarantees on a per person basis Must be in office for 2 meetings per week (Generally Monday morning & Friday afternoon) near 635 and 35 in Dallas Must be highly accountable for time/activities/KPIs/Metrics Looking for hungry, driven, responsible, type A people Former college athletes, servers, bartenders, former military, credit card sales, payroll sales, printer sales do well in this industry Full Benefits Excellent and comprehensive training program #J-18808-Ljbffr
