Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) - Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA ), you will play a crucial role in leading our senior living community, providing high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA ) leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operation of the skilled nursing facility, including budget management, staff supervision, and quality care initiatives
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and services to residents
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment
Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Current LNHA licensure in the State of Missouri
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a long-term care or senior living setting, with a strong background in administrative leadership
