Job Descriptions/Duties Computer Knowledge Typing Skills Knowledge of NextGen computer program Telephone etiquette Knowledge and use of office equipment Clerical duties such as fee updates, client check-in and check-out, scheduling future appointments, rescheduling cancelled appointments, and receptionist duties.
