Join Our Caring CommunityConviva is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Cardiologist to join our Daytona clinic. In this role, you will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care to a primarily senior patient population within a value-based care model. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care, emphasizing prevention, early intervention, and evidence-based treatment. You will partner with a multidisciplinary care team to manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions while building trusted, long-term relationships with patients and their families. You will report directly to the National Director of Cardiology. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary care team in a supportive, clinic-based environment designed to allow providers to focus on patient care—not volume.The Cardiologist manages complex cardiac conditions such as heart attacks, abnormal heartbeat rhythms, and congestive heart failure, as well as provides preventative techniques for dealing with potential heart-related illnesses.Use Your Skills to Make an ImpactUse your skills to make an impactConduct virtual consultations with patients to diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditionsDevelop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular diseasesCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patientsOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, such as ECGs and echocardiogramsPrescribe medications and therapies for cardiovascular conditionsRequired QualificationsCurrent medical license in good standingBoard certification in Cardiology5+ years of experience in CardiologyProficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and telemedicine platformsFamiliarity with clinical guidelines for cardiovascular careA Day in the Life of a Conviva PhysicianMonday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmOpportunity to spend more time with patientsLonger authorized appointments (40 minutes)Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient-facing time and general administrative time as it relates to direct patient careThis role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$360,500 - $495,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
