Automotive Sales Representative

Job Description: Sales representatives spend time with clients to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options. They commit to becoming auto sales experts and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology. Sales representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features. They complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and used vehicles. Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail. Support online clients by setting appointments. Follow up with existing clients to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.

Pay Plan: 250 minis if you sell 8 units! 400 minis if you sell 10 units! 500 minis if you sell 12 units!

Job Requirements: Prior experience working with clients and providing an exceptional experience. Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a people person). Basic computer, email and internet proficiency. Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills. Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through. Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours. Valid U.S. driver's license. Bi-lingual a plus.
