Packaging Engineer
Location: El Paso, TX |
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Packaging, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years packaging/manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in medical devices/pharma/highly regulated industries .
- Experience with packaging design, development, testing, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) .
- Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 11607, and GMP .
- Experience with FMEA, risk assessment, CAPA, root cause analysis, and change controls .
- Manufacturing support, NPI/product transfers, process improvement, and cost reduction experience.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma , packaging materials, equipment, and automation.
- SAP/ERP, Minitab, CAD, and MS Office experience preferred.
- Strong cross-functional communication and documentation skills.
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred .
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/cleanroom environment .
