As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential and commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and routine patrols. You will support residents, visitors, and staff with strong customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, agile, and reliable team that values integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $16.45 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, property rules, and applicable emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry when required, and report maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts.
• Support residential and commercial real estate operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing routine reports related to daily security-related activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
