You keep our tools, plates, and workspaces spotless and ready to go, so our chefs can focus on what they do best: bringing scratch-made recipes to life.

Your Impact:

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked dish station throughout service
• Keep pace with the flow of service, especially during peak rushes
• Maintain cleanliness across kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas
• Properly store and organize clean dishware, pots, and utensils for easy access
• Support light portioning and prep tasks as needed to help the kitchen stay ahead

Your Essentials:

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Willingness to support light food prep and portioning tasks
• Strong food safety knowledge
• Food handler certification
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

The Essential Functions of the Job:

• Standing / Walking: Comfortable working and walking on your feet and standing for shifts of up to 8 hours
• Lifting / Carrying: Routinely handling items up to 5-25 lbs, and occasionally handling items 40-50 lbs
• Bending / Reaching / Kneeling: For accessing low and high areas and handling items, includes receiving orders, restocking, and retrieving kitchen and dishwashing equipment and tools
• Repetitive Motion: Frequent tasks like scrubbing, rinsing, sorting, and stacking
• Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle kitchen tools, dishware, and cleaning equipment with precision and safety
• Temperature Tolerance: Must be able to work in hot, humid, and wet conditions, including near dish machines, sinks, and steam
