What you'll do:

• Work directly with ownership to manage events, promotions, and day-to-day operations
• Actively coach and develop team members
• Focus on cleanliness standards
• Analyze sales and labor numbers
• Maintain proficient knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
• Apply the restaurant's steps of service

What you'll need:

• 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience
• 3 years of management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available for nights, weekends, and early mornings
• Highly adaptable to the changing needs of the restaurant
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

• 3+ years of bartending experience
