Confidential Luxury Retail Opportunity – TEMPORARY Back of House Support Associate (Full-Time) Location: Sawgrass Mall - Sunrise, FL Pay Rate: $21/hour Schedule: Full-Time | Up to 40 Hours Per Week Duration: Ongoing Start Date: ASAP About the Opportunity Our client, a prestigious luxury fashion brand, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Back of House Support Associate to join their boutique team in Sawgrass Mall. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in gaining experience within the luxury retail industry while supporting the operational functions that drive the success of a high-performing boutique. This role is primarily focused on stockroom operations, inventory management, and merchandise support , rather than direct sales. Responsibilities Support daily stockroom operations and inventory management Receive, process, and organize incoming merchandise deliveries Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock organization Assist with merchandise replenishment to support the sales floor Prepare transfers, shipments, and product movement as needed Ensure stockroom standards are maintained and merchandise is properly stored Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Support the team with operational and administrative tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment Qualifications Previous retail, stock, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred Luxury retail experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented Comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing merchandise Strong work ethic and willingness to support operational needs Ideal Candidate Enjoys operational and inventory-focused work Thrives in a behind-the-scenes support role Detail-oriented and process-driven Dependable, professional, and eager to learn Interested in gaining ongoing experience within luxury retail Why This Role Opportunity to work with a renowned luxury fashion house Consistent part-time schedule with ongoing potential Exposure to luxury retail operations and inventory management Professional, collaborative, and fast-paced boutique environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Fourth Floor
