Personal Assistant

Location: Houma, LA

Pay: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

At One Way AC & Electrical , we're growing rapidly and looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant to the Owner to support the owner, help keep daily operations running smoothly, and build a rewarding career with a company that values initiative, professional growth, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

• Manage the owner's calendar and daily schedule
• Screen incoming phone calls and prioritize communications
• Pay bills and organize financial paperwork
• Draft letters, documents, and other correspondence as needed
• Prepare and maintain organized documentation and files
• Send mail and manage outgoing correspondence
• Order office and business supplies as needed
• Coordinate payments through Venmo and other platforms
• Pick up lunch and assist with errands for the owner
• Handle a variety of administrative and personal tasks to keep daily operations running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• At least a year of related experience in the office setting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
