The firm is flexible on experience level and will consider candidates ranging from 3+ years up to 10+ years. Key Responsibilities Conduct client consultations and new client sign-ups Draft pleadings, discovery, and other case‑related documents Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials Represent clients in court proceedings and contested hearings Manage communication, calendaring, and case progression Manage your own caseload from start to finish Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas 2–10 years of legal experience (background/coursework in family law preferred, but flexible) Excellent writing, organization, and time management skills Self‑motivated, responsible, and open to mentorship Work Schedule: Primarily onsite, with flexibility – remote one day per week (Fridays) Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
