Hourly rate ranges from $19.05 - $19.30 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Establish and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in overall store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures. Job Details Work up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age requirement: 18. Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Qualifications Prior retail and/or management experience required.
