Job Description & Requirements MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/25/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Qualifications Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTEx. Must have graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year's experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT. Current CPR certification. Other requirements to be determined by our client facility. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, restrictions and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record patient's condition, and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
