RN Care Manager (Regional Float) - Multi-Hospital Impact

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health is seeking a Care Manager - Regional Float to manage and coordinate interdisciplinary care across its system hospitals in New Hampshire and Vermont. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in Nursing with at least 3 years of clinical experience and be a licensed RN with New Hampshire eligibility.
