Humble & Hungry Business Assistant – Highcrest Burch Dental Highcrest Burch Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Business Assistant to join our small, close-knit team! Dental experience is helpful, but it is not required, we are happy to train the right person. What You’ll Do As a Business Assistant, you will help create a smooth and positive experience for our patients from their first phone call through checkout. Responsibilities include: Welcoming patients and creating a friendly, professional first impression Answering incoming calls and assisting patients with questions Scheduling and confirming appointments Maintaining an organized and productive patient schedule Collecting and accurately entering patient information Reviewing treatment plans, payments, and financial arrangements Assisting with insurance verification and other administrative responsibilities Communicating effectively with patients, doctors, and team members Following through on tasks and helping keep the front office organized Stepping in to support the team wherever needed What We’re Looking For Exceptional customer service skills A warm, positive, and professional personality Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance Excellent organization and attention to detail Confidence discussing appointments, treatment, and financial information The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment A willingness to learn dental terminology, technology, and office processes A team-first attitude and alignment with our CHEW values Previous dental experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Benefits and applicable waiting periods include: Medical insurance eligibility beginning the first of the month following hire for employees regularly scheduled at least 30 hours per week Optional dental and vision insurance In-house dental benefits for employees and eligible family members 401(k) Safe Harbor plan with company match Paid Time Off Six paid holidays when the holiday falls on a regularly scheduled workday Up to $170 in annual scrub reimbursement Office incentive opportunities Professional development and training Quarterly performance coaching Team events No weekends!
