Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

The Center at Grande is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team!

What you'll do:

• Work closely with Occupational Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients regain independence in daily living activities.
• Document treatments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide encouragement and support to patients and their families.

What you'll need:

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy and have current license or be license-eligible in the state of Texas
• Should have as a minimum, 1 years' experience in a skilled nursing facility
