Senior Manager, Customer Insights& Engagement- Oncology

Senior Manager role supporting Bristol Myers Squibb's Oncology Global Commercial Strategy team through market research and analytics. Position involves designing and executing primary and secondary research studies, translating customer insights into commercial decisions, and collaborating across functions to drive oncology business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated insights from market research and analytics to address key business questions
• Design and execute primary and secondary research studies including market landscape, patient journey, and positioning assessments
• Partner with cross-functional teams including brand leadership, R&D, medical, and finance to achieve commercial objectives
• Manage flow of planned and ad hoc analytics requests with consistent quality and timeliness
• Develop deep understanding of global oncology brand priorities and drive fact-based decision making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant functional discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical industry or consulting experience
• Proven ability to independently lead market research and commercialization analytics projects
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to synthesize findings and develop recommendations
• Demonstrated influence and collaboration across complex organizational matrices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with credibility and polish
• Track record managing multiple projects, tight deadlines, and cross-functional teams

Compensation: $133,710 - $162,019 base
