What You'll Do

• Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care
• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Manage patient monitoring and respond to intra-operative changes
• Collaborate with surgical teams and support staff to ensure efficient procedures
• Follow hospital protocols and documentation standards
• Utilize conscious sedation skills when applicable
• Float within the surgery department, adhering to department policies

What You Need

• Current Indiana RN license (multistate preferred)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience
• Proven ability to care for surgical patients pre, intra, and post-operation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and safety standards
