What You'll Do • Manage residential interior and exterior painting projects end-to-end • Communicate proactively with homeowners — no surprises, no dropped balls • Keep subcontractor crews aligned to Dino's quality, cleanliness, and timeline standards • Lead walk-throughs, punch lists, and final sign-offs on every job • Own the production schedule and push jobs forward daily • Keep job documentation clean and current in our management tools Compensation • Base + commission — your effort drives your paycheck • Spiffs available for delivering an exceptional client experience Responsibilities: • Run residential interior and exterior painting projects from start to finish. • Set clear expectations with homeowners and keep communication tight. • Hold subcontractor crews accountable to Dino’s standards—quality, cleanliness, timelines. • Solve problems on-site fast so jobs never stall. • Perform walk-throughs, punch lists, and approvals with discipline. • Document everything cleanly in our job management tools. Qualifications: • Strong leadership presence—crews follow your direction the first time. • Clean driving record. • Tech-capable with scheduling software, apps, photos, and documentation. • Detail-driven, organized, and consistent. • Available to work evenings and weekends, especially in the busy season. (April - September) Compensation: $51,200 - $81,400 yearly
