What You'll Do

As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in providing care and support to patients in clinical or long-term care settings. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. - Monitoring and recording vital signs and patient conditions. - Supporting patient mobility and transfers while ensuring safety. - Maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of patient rooms. - Assisting nurses and healthcare staff with patient care needs. - Documenting care provided accurately and promptly. - Offering emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - Active CNA certification in the State of New Mexico. - Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred). - At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or long-term care settings. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - A compassionate, professional, and dependable attitude.
