Unit: Med/Surg Acute 2
Location: Portland, OR 97216
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Schedule: 36 hours/week only

Job Duties:

Provide direct nursing care to assigned Med/Surg patients.
Assess patient conditions and develop/implement care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor vital signs and changes in patient condition.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC.
Delegate and coordinate care with nursing support staff.

Requirements
Active RN license in the state of practice
Current AHA BLS/CPR certification
Acute-care experience required
EPIC experience is mandatory
Strong Med/Surg nursing experience
Ability to provide safe, coordinated, patient-centered care
