The role of the Registered Nurse (RN) encompasses addressing the complete nursing needs of residents while actively embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
A typical day may involve:
- Maintaining a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors to engage in the daily life of the residents
- Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments
- Initiating care plans as necessary and effectively overseeing resident care
- Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability among team members for resident care and satisfaction
Part-Time Position - Saturdays 6 PM to 6 AM
Compensation: $40-48 per hour based on experience + $2-$3 shift differential*
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A valid RN license in the applicable state
- Current CPR certification
- Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings is preferred
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!
