Title: UX Strategy Leader - Sales Products Location:SAN FRANCISCO, CA (Remote) Duration: 6 months contract Job Description Education: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Design, HCI, or a related field Duties: What you get to do in this role: We are seeking a dynamic Experience Design Strategy Leader to shape the future of experience design within the Digital Technology team This role requires a balance of strategic insight, creative problem-solving, and operational excellence, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for innovation and driving strategic initiatives. The leader will use data-driven insights and user-centered thinking to influence product roadmaps, while ensuring successful execution of initiatives. They will collaborate with UX designers and researchers, develop design assets, and communicate experience strategies effectively at the executive level. Expertise in emerging technologies, particularly AI, and proficiency in Figma and Miro, are essential to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Mac Skills: In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have: Technical Acumen: Expertise and experience working in Sales products Ux. Experience: Demonstrated leadership in experience design, with a focus on strategic, user-centered approaches that deliver high-impact, scalable user experiences. Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, advocating for the user at every stage of the product development cycle. People management background preferred. Operational Mindset: Proven ability to operationalize user experience strategies and drive them through to execution. Design Background: Strong background in design with the ability to create visual assets, including mockups, flows, and concepts. Proficiency in Figma is required. Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with experience delivering executive presentations that advocate for user-centric design strategies. Curiosity & Proactiveness: A curious and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a passion for improving user experiences across complex product ecosystems.
