Responsibilities Occupational Therapist – Facility based. Reports to Director of Rehab. As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy, teaching patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity. You provide care, design programs to restore physical abilities and independence, adapt to individual needs, collaborate with peers, and refer patients when necessary. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an OT program accredited by ACOTE. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid, unencumbered OT license in the state of practice. Posted Salary Range USD $46.00 – $48.00 /hr.
