Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Human Resources Representative to join their team. As a Human Resources Representative, you will be part of the HR department supporting the overall organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $25.88 an hour

Shift: Day - Mon to Fri - 8 Hours

What's the Job?

• Support and implement HR policies and procedures
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
• Collaborate with management to promote a positive work environment

What's Needed?

• Entry-level experience or willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of HR principles is a plus
