Physical Therapist (PT)We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient clinic setting. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. The position offers the opportunity to work with patients of various ages and ability levels while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery and well-being.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansTreat approximately 8–12 patients per day in an outpatient settingImplement therapy techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and mobility trainingMonitor patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomesEducate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategiesAssist with discharge planning and transition of care recommendationsMaintain accurate patient documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries using WebPTCollaborate with healthcare team members to support quality patient careStay current with physical therapy techniques, clinical guidelines, and healthcare regulationsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and support development of clinical protocolsQualificationsActive Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts requiredNew graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome to applyPrevious outpatient, inpatient, or home health experience preferredStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditionsExperience with orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, and post-operative patient care preferredExcellent assessment, clinical reasoning, and patient care skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentSchedule & BenefitsFlexible schedule availableOne-hour evaluation time slots for patient assessmentsOpportunity to work in a supportive outpatient clinical environmentSkills:Clinical documentation (Desired)Communication with patients (Desired)Education:PhD/Doctor's Degree - Physical Therapy (Desired)Bachelor's Degree - Health Sciences (Required)High School Diploma (Required)
