Experienced mortgage professionals will find a full-time opportunity as a Mortgage Underwriter, responsible for analyzing loan files and ensuring compliance with FHA and VA loan specifications while working remotely. Key responsibilities Analyze loan files based on program and product specifications to make underwriting decisions Review credit reports, income documents, and appraisal reports to ensure sound lending decisions Communicate credit decisions and maintain compliance with all company and regulatory guidelines Required qualifications 5+ years of current experience underwriting FHA and VA residential mortgage loans Certifications preferred: DE & SAR/LAPP Associate degree preferred Encompass experience strongly preferred Experience working with a new home builder preferred
