As a leader in our distribution centers, you will be responsible for leading incredible customer service and managing daily department operations. Â You will directly supervise multiple employees in various roles who are responsible for receiving vendor product and selecting store orders safely and efficiently to service our stores. What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily production tasks and execute plans to meet productivity standards; communicate performance updates to the team

• Coach and hold employees accountable for job expectations and results

• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure quality through cold chain and food safety standards

• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and optimize inventory

• Ensure delivery timelines and productivity goals are met

• Prioritize and oversee tasks to drive efficient, on-time completion

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading a team

• Computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual

• Distribution and/or warehouse experience
