Requirements Proven experience as a Slack Administrator, demonstrating expertise in managing channels, user groups, and guest access. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, or Freshdesk. Strong ability to manage ticket queues effectively, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining thorough documentation. Experience in hardware management, including the handling of YubiKeys, peripherals, and loaner laptops. Proficient in providing macOS support, with skills in basic user-level troubleshooting. Excellent written communication skills, enabling clear and concise responses to tickets. Responsibilities Manage and oversee Slack administration functions. Process changes in channel memberships and user groups. Transition channels between private and public settings as required. Invite single-channel guests and external collaborators; oversee Slack Connect channel approvals. Diagnose Slack login and Single Sign-On (SSO) issues.
