Kathe Wohlfahrt of America specializes in authentic German Christmas decorations handcrafted in Germany.   We are looking to hire 1 dependable Part-Time Customer Service Support / Product Repair Associate to support our Customer Service Manager in the White Bear Lake office.  This role is ideal for retirees, stay-at-home parents or anyone looking for flexible day-time hours.

Office hours:

Monday - Friday / 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

• You will work 10-15 hours per week - depending upon the time of year. For example, it could be 2 - 5 hour days or 3 - 4 hour days.
• Determining the schedule will be a conversation about what works best for both parties. Preference for M-TH availability and ability to be consistent once schedule is set.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Customer Service Manager with customer service inquiries (phone, email, social media), assisting with returns, and processing orders.
• Perform data entry for inventory processing and tracking.
• Perform product sorting, inspection and repair of wooden nutcrackers, pyramids, wood candleholders, hanging ornaments and other delicate holiday decor.
  
• Print product labels and repackaging merchandise
• Support special projects, seasonal operations and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Customer service orientated. Friendly, outgoing and fair.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable performing light craft work, including painting, gluing, minor wood repairs, making bows or other displays.
• Previous office experience preferred (excel and word experience is required)
• Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills and the ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
