Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an LDRP setting, covering Labor and Delivery, triage, and postpartum
• Adapt to variable patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:6 based on unit census and acuity
• Float between units as needed per facility requirements
• Participate in on-call coverage up to once per pay period on a PRN basis
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Valid Montana RN license or active Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in LDRP, including Labor and Delivery, triage, and postpartum
• Prior travel nursing experience required; seasoned travelers only
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify under travel compliance guidelines
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-acuity patients across multiple LDRP care settings
• Strong adaptability and willingness to float within the facility as needed
