We are hiring compassionate registered nurses for the 42‑bed MICU unit. Job Details Unit: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Shift type: Part time Weekend requirement: Every 3rd weekend Preferred experience: Prior ICU experience preferred Responsibilities Manage critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and life‑support interventions. Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promote patient and family centered care in a healing environment. Educate patients and families on illness management, post‑treatment home care, and medication administration. Promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance through participation and documentation of care plans. Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate patient physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Develop, implement, and document individual care plans with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patients/families. Plan and ensure communication of care plans across the continuum of care. Qualifications RN license. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred). Experience in Acute Care or Intensive Care settings. Strong clinical judgment and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
