Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and progress

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Prior experience working in a SNF or long-term care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with geriatric patient populations
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
